The roar that ripped out of my Lioness's throat made the field free for a few seconds. It was an unexpected shift and I had managed to take everyone by surprise.
Using the element of surprise, I began my attack.
My Lioness paws carried me over to my father and once I started launching myself at the possessed wolves, I couldn't stop.

The wind picked up around me, blowing away any attacker I was unable to see.
The shadows loaming over pur wolves didn't give up though. Instead, they started leaving the wolves they were attacking and focused their attention on me.
It was not a smart move on their part. The shadows looked eager to get to me, to snatch me and take me back to that cave.
I would shiver at the though if I could, but not in my Lioness form.
My beast had been gone for too long but now that she's free, it doesn't seem like no one can stop her.
I snapped my jaw at a wolf, grabbing him by the neck. But I don't go for the kill. This wolf, no matter possessed by the shadows, they are still apart of this pack and killing them was not an option.

Swinging the wolf around, I threw him across the field before going for another one.
I clawed at one wolf but another jumped on my back. It made my legs buckle but I managed to stand still.
The wolf on top of me sinks his claws in to my back, ripping my Lioness's skin and drawing blood.
I let out a pained roar and tried to shake the wolf off but in the end, what got the possessed wolf off was Adalwolf's wolf jumping over my body to bite it in the back of the head.

I didn't get to recover before another possessed wolf jumped on me. I managed to fight it off until a fe of our warriors made their way over to me to help.
Harke, my father and Brandon are one of the few wolves around me, fighting to stop this madness.
The shadows are relentless and I was their target.
My Lioness was starting to grow weak when another possessed wolf jumped over to me. I grounded my paws in to the ground, sinking my claws deep in to the dirt as I waited for the impact.
But right before the possessed wolf jumped on me, large claws snatched him from the air and I watched as the large bare threw the wolf across the field.
Mr. Beam's bare stood in front of me and he spared me a glance before he turned around and continued defending our pack.
That gave my Lioness strength to tense up and carry on fighting.
I was trying my best to be careful with Adalwolf's people but it was getting impossibly hard to keep them alive.
At this point, I was starting to pray for a miracle and my prayer was answered.
An ear piercing roar once again stopped the field and I looked up to see Diago in his dragon form, flying up to the sky before he dropped back down.
He was coming head first and from the gap of his mouth, I can see fire boiling like lava. Diago was about to rain fire down on us and if he wanted to burn this entire field and everyone on it, he could. And none of us would survive.
The dragon fail down and just a few feet away, he expanded his wings, catching himself in the air before he started breathing fire.
I crouched down and frantically looked around. I was relief when I realized that our wolves were crouching down too. But the possessed wolf were frozen.
I peeked up and I could see the shadows burning in flames.
The possessed wolves were just below the fire but the shadows loaming over them were right in it.
It amazes me how Diago didn't even stop once to take a breath. He didn't stop until the Shadows turned in to nothing but ash.
As soon as the shadows disappeared, Diago stopped the fire and the wolves who had been possessed just seconds ago dropped to the ground.
No one moved for a few minutes. We were rill on guard, trying to make sure that the shadows were really gone. When we couldn't spot any alarming movement, we moved.
Adalwolf was the first to shift and as soon as he was in his human form, he ran over to one of the wolves who were possessed and placed his hand on its head.
Everyone watched in silence as the Alpha tried to reach for his pack member and slowly, the wolf blinked his eyes.
Adalwolf let out a sigh of relief before he moved to another wolf. He woke them up and even though it took him hours, he didn't stop once.
Everyone shifter back to their human forms but no one left the field until Adal was done waking his wolves up.
I was watching Adalwolf move around the field when I felt a hand on my head. I didn't have to look up to know who it was.
Harke ran his hand down my head before stopping at my ear and giving me a scratch.
I growled at him because it was ticklish but it made Harke scratch my ear even more.
I lift my head up to look at him and saw that he was smiling down on me.
Harke had already grabbed himself shorts, so have Mr. Beam and Diago. Harke offered me a large t-shirt, dropping it close to my nose so I could sniff it.
Once my Lioness was happy with the fresh scent of the t-shirts, I nodded my head over to him and Harke rolled his eyes before he turned around.
Huffing out a breath, I shifted back to my human form before snatching the t-shirts out of Harke's hand and pulled it over my head.
Once the t-shirts was over my head, I slid my arms in and finally took my chance to look around.
That's when I realize that there were a lot of eyes on me, one of which being Adalwolf's.
Their stares did give me a little scare. These people were my bullies and they all picked at my weakness. Now that they have seen my beast, they look confused.
I can smell a lot of emotions coming form the field. Excitement, pride, anger, envy, confusion, fear...
It made my head hurt and what's worse is that I didn't know who these emotions belonged to.
