ASHLY POV
I crossed my arm under my chest and leaned my back in the chair.
"Hello Ash. Remember me? Im Lucky." I ignored him and looked at Kaiden with doubt. Did he fvcking invite his fvcking jerk friend here? Is he doing this on purpose?! He is that fvcking bastard man who persue Kaiden to taste another woman. "You sang very well." He compliments me. Instead of thanking him, I just ignored him and poured the wine into the glass. I looked at Kaiden who was quietly drinking alcohol and with frowned eyebrows. "So what other bars where you perform?" Lucky asked "Anywhere."

"Ill promise, Ill catch your amazing gigs."
I raise my eyebrow.
"And also, Im sorry for what happen when we first met. Im just tipsy that time. I hope we could be friends?"
"Sorry, Im not interested." I drink my wine and talk again "And I don't want to be friends with a jerk like you."
"Its okay. I want more that frienship with you."
I put my glass and glared at him "Cut the crap!" I look at Kaiden who was massaging his forehead. "Why did you fvcking bring him here?"

Kaiden was about to answer when Lucky respond. "It's like you're disturbing my world by pouring alcohol on me and punching me in the face. No woman has ever done anything to me like that before, you're the first. Im looking forward to meet you again. I like your types. Strong and Bold." His hand crawled on the table and placed it on my hand "Please let me know you more."
My jaw hardened. The thickness of his face is sooooo! I smirked. I brought my face close to his and placed my palm on his cheek. "Sorry, You're not my type." And I even patted his cheek before I slid my hand over his jaw and took the glass full of wine and drank it. I walked away afterthat leaving them with their jaw dropped.
KAIDEN POV
"Why the fvck are you here?" I asked Luck "Where Quintin? Quintin is the one I invited here and not you."

He pouted "How could you be so cruel with this little handsome in front of you? You're going to Ashly's gig, yet you haven't invited me. If only Quintin hadn't had an emergency then he would'nt told me that you were going to the gig today and meet Ashly."
Shit! Its totally shit. Well knowing Lucky, Ashly will surely annoyed to him. Not bad. Ill got my revenge.
I came home to my condo with a smile on my face and looking in a good mood.
I was preparing breakfast when I heard someone entered my pad.
She straightly enter the kitchen "Tell your naughty friend that stop being flirty with me or else I will slaughter him. He's fvcking getting unto my nerves."
I laugh "Who? Lucky? Looks like you've found your match."
Her forehead furrowed "What did you say?"
"You're both weird. Well, I guess. You look good together."
She looked at me and she seemed to be holding back a smile. "You seem to be enjoying your friend's tanning with me." Later, her eyes suddenly widened at the idea that entered her mind "Maybe, you ordered him to annoy me!"
"Excuse me? Don't accuse me okay? I have nothing to do with that. He just told me, you are his type. I really don't understand why he likes you, you're weird."
"What do you mean huh?!" It looks like I hit her ego "Even though, Im not in relationship now, Im still physically desirable."
I laugh "Maybe you forgot what you did to him? You poured wine and punched him in the face. So it’s just weird how he liked you."
"That's enough! Tell him not to annoy me because he has nothing to gain from me."
"Even if I reprimand him, he won't listen to me. You know how stubborn he is. Why? You can't handle him?"
"I can handle him. I just really don’t want to see his face." she said. She turned her back on me and went to the living room, and she turned on the TV and watched a show on Netflix. Money mist? Honey hist? The title sounds like that. She once mention the title but I forgot and I also seldomly watched Tv because of my work.
I just shook my head. I sat down in front of the table and started eating. Then I went to my room to get dressed after I eat.
"I have to go somewhere." I said as I got out of the my room after getting dressed.
She immediately looked at me."Where? I'll go with you."
"With Lucky. Do you still want to come?" I smiled teasingly
"Tss, Nevermind." She turned her attention back to the show she was watching.
I headed to the door "Don't you want to go with me? I might find beautiful lady there."
She ran towards me and grabbed the collar of my polo and pushed me towards the wall. She brought her face close to mine as her eyes stared sharply into my eyes "You dare..." Because of the closeness of her face to mine I could smell the mint smell of her breath.
I felt a strong pounding of chest. I just can’t determine if it’s mine or hers.
I put my palm on her forehead and pushed her away "Your too close."
"Tss. Get lost!" She said as she turned her back at me
I opened the door and got stunned "Mom?! Why are you here?" My mother, my mother was here. She was outside my Suite and had a teasing smile on her face.
"Why? Can't I visit my chi--" she couldn't continue what she was going to say when I shut the door.
Ashly approached me with a startled look. "Who's outside?"
"N-nothing." I stammered and leaned my back against the door
"Let me see." she pushed me and was about to open the door
"Wait!"
"Let go."
"What?"
Her forehead furrowed. I didn't realize that I was holding her hand. I immediately let go of his hand. "I-its my mother."
"Kaiden! Hey Kaiden! Why did you close the door? Hey! Its me, your mother! Don't be shy if you are hiding something there! Open the door." Mother shouted outside while knocking on the door
"It's your mother. Why did you stop me from opening the door?"
"Tsk. Are you stupid? When she finds out there is a woman here, she will misunderstand us!"
She crossed her arms "What now? I'm just your bodyguard and I'm still your girlfriend's bestfriend." Later, her eyes widened and she even pointed her index finger at me "Could it be, your parents don't even know you have a girlfriend!?"
I quikly shook my head "No No! They already know I'm courting someone but I haven't introduced Maeve to them personally yet."
"And why didn't you introduce her personally to them?!"
"Shit! Why do you ask so many questions! Hide yourself."
"Tss. Coward." It was too late for me to stop him from opening the door. "Hello Tita. Come In."
My mother was shocked but later on smile "Who is she? Is she Maeve? Come here." She tapped the empty space on the sofa beside her "You're indeed pretty, Ija, just like Kaiden describe you. By the way, does you two already planned the date of your wedding?"
"She's not Maeve!" I said almost at the same time as she said "I'm not getting married!"
My mother went shocked and look at Ashly "No? Then how are you related to each other?"
"Im his girlfriend's bestfriend. His Girlfriend, Maeve, is my bestfriend." She explained.
"Where is she?" My mom asked her
"She's in Thailand. Medical Rescue Operation."
Mom turned her gaze to me "Kaiden, when will your father and I meet her?"
"She will be home in 3 weeks. I was really planning to bring her to you but I'm busy with the model I'm making that will be passed this Friday. I have to finish this. Ill promise. When she returns 3 weeks later, I will bring her so that you can meet her."
"It's a pity, you could have taken her to my birthday this Tuesday but maybe you'll go home for my birthday, right? If I don't, I'll be really upset with you!"
I laugh "I have already asked for leave.I will only finish the model on Thursday, after all, its only lacking with paint. I'll just paint it."
My mother nodded and turned her gaze to Ashly and even held her hand "What's your name?"
"Ashly. My name is Ashly."
"Mom, Ill just make a call."
"Sure."
I went to the kitchen to make a call. I called Quintin. Because I didn't expect my mother to come today, my walk was canceled. Quintin was said to make it up to me because he didn't show up yesterday. He also encounter some emergency so he also can't make it.
"Its good that your also friend with your besfriend's boyfriend." I heard my mom says.
"Yeah. We're supper close with each other. Right Kaiden?" Ashly said while faking her smile.
"Yeah."
